DUNE is designed for fully automatic operation, enabling uninterrupted production with no need for piece rotation or centering. Tiles move forward in a straight line, allowing precise edge cleaning on all sides without halting the flow.
Adaptive software with advanced sensors
An intelligent system powered by photoelectric sensors detects the position and tilt of the tile, dynamically adjusting the edge-grinding heads. The result? Maximum precision, exceptional finishing quality, and zero risk of damage.

Continuous edge grinding eliminates stops and intermediate steps. There’s no need to stop, rotate, or center the material during processing. This translates into higher productivity in the same time frame, while virtually eliminating waste.
